Winter is an etching. Spring colors everything in. If you're in the northern hemisphere and haven't been to a warmer climate for a mid-winter escape, everything is starting to feel a little bleak. But spring and summer are also made more vibrant for all we've had to endure.
With out friends and my yoga family, there would be little color in my life this winter. I'm planning a short getaway to the Catskills Mountains to put that spring back into my step. And I'm inviting you to come along. Maybe it will bring some of the color back into your life and some of that spring back into your step!
My friend and colleague, James Fideler, and I have been co-conspiring a deep and transformational weekend of yoga and meditation on March 27, 28, and 29. The retreat is hosted at the Menla Mountain Retreat Center in Phoenicia, New York, a short 2.5 hour road trip from NYC. What makes a weekend like this so special is that you only have to show up for the practices to take a vibrational effect. Not to mention you meet some really special people along the way...
Not to mention you're in the beautiful mountains with the woods, hiking trails, birds...
...And all kinds of signs of life.
Menla also has a swimming pool and tennis courts if that's your thing. And plenty of spa services.
RESERVE a spot before we sell out! Early bird special ends March 1st.
So much love and color in sight!
